I’m a big dork. I have to force myself NOT to make the links posts I’ve been making lately into themes to match their days. Like I really wanted to call this post, WGA Wednesday and I gave some serious thought to holding it until this weekend so I could go with something ssssstriking. I decided I couldn’t do either because not all of my links were strike-related but I wasn’t strong enough to stop myself from coming up with another “W” title.
You see? Dork.
- Two weeks seems like an impossibly long time away but, if you’re a Lost fan and you need something to help keep you busy during the wait, take the Lost personality quiz over at Liquid Generation to find out Which Lost Character Are You?
- Or maybe you can go answer The Jay’s question, “What would you give up to save your favorite show?” (Or you can just tell him he’s crazy to be offering up The Office in exchange for 30 Rock. What kind of Sophie’s Choice is that?!)
- And when you’re done with both of those, you can head over to Why We Write and get caught up on their latest entries:
- Buffy fans will enjoy Jane Espenson’s essay about her childhood dolls and how she finds the voices of her characters.
- And you won’t want to miss Hart Hanson’s great punctuation. His name should be familiar to Veronica Mars fans though not because he wrote for the show. His connection to Rob Thomas would be why I have this, my favorite picture from my VM set visit.
- Though this is from last week, James Duff’s essay is a must read for The Closer fans and everyone else.
