It’s been 7 long days since we sat down and watched the excellent offerings from Thursday night’s TV, and after all the shows you’ve seen since then, perhaps your memory is a little fuzzy on the details. Ugly Betty 
Wilhelmina’s plan to drive Renee over the edge is working, unfortunately for Betty who has become the focus Renee’s jealous rage. As Betty tries to figure out if Daniel might be in danger, Renee’s busy convincing him that Betty loves him. But when she rushes to his rescue, it’s Betty who falls into Renee’s firey trap. Luckily she manages to get through to Renee and puts out the fire just as Daniel arrives to save her. Meanwhile, Henry’s punching Gio because Betty’s been lying about their friendship and Hilda’s trying to outdo Gina when she returns to flaunt her new husband in Hilda’s face. - R
The Office 
The entire office can’t stop staring when Pam forgets her contact solution and is forced to wear her glasses the entire day. Then, when Stanley loses his patience and snaps at Michael during another of his meetings, Toby insists that Michael deal with the situation. Michael decides to pretend he’s firing Stanley to teach him a less but, when that doesn’t work, he’s forced to have a real talk with Stanley. After letting Stanley have his say, Michael accepts that Stanley doesn’t respect him but warns him that he is the boss and can’t let Stanley talk to him that way. Stanley agrees and they shake on it. Meanwhile, Dwight barters with Andy to buy his car for cheap only to turn around and sell it for more money via E-bay. Oh, and Toby and Ryan surprise Jim with a poor performance review. - R
Supernatural 
When an entire town of people keep claiming to be recieving calls from dead loved ones and then killing themselves, Sam and Dean decide to investigate. But when Dean gets a call from their Dad upset with him for having sold his soul and claiming he can help, he believes it’s really him. When Sam’s doubtful and sugggests they call Ruby instead, Dean lashes out and tells Sam the truth, that Ruby can’t save him. Sam, still worried, asks Dean not to listen to the voice on the phone until he’s had time to do a little more digging. Frustrated and wanting to believe it’s John with help, Dean doesn’t wait and Sam has to save him once he realizes it’s actually a Crocatta who uses the phone lines to communicate. Back at the hotel, Dean finally admits that he’s scared. - R
Grey’s Anatomy 
Addison returns! And reminds me why I don’t like LA Addison. She also reminds all the other doctors who they’re supposed to be. Meanwhile, Mer and Der get their hopes up only to loose their first patient in the clinical trial. Rebecca/Ava shows up and informs Alex that much to his displeasure, he’s going to be a daddy. But Izzy is Ava’s doctor and the test results say there is no baby? Callie takes McSteamy home to prove to Hahn that she’s not down with the ladies. - JJ

It’s Sandwich Day! The Teamsters treat the staff with succulent sandwiches from a super secret location. After stealing Liz’s sandwich while she’s off with Floyd, the writers are forced to take on the Teamsters in a drinking contest in order to get her another one. Things look bad for the TGS team until Kenneth realizes that shots are just “hill people milk”, and he saves the day. Banished to the 12th floor, Jack sulks and hides for most of the episode. - JJ
Lost 
It was a happy day for all the Jack & Kate shippers… or at least it started out that way. Jack, Kate and Aaron are one big happy family in the future. For a little while. Then Hurley shares some crazy with Jack in the form of a message from Charlie (”You’re not supposed to raise him Jack”), and things start to go downhill. After a few visits from his dead father, the good doctor begins his downward spiral into the crazy and obsessed man we glimpsed at the end of season 3. Kate assists in his decline by doing secret favours for Sawyer and keeping it from Jack. Back on the island: (and back in time) Jack has appendicitis and Juliet has to perform emergency island surgery to save him. Jin discovers that Charlotte speaks Korean and uses this info. along with threats against Daniel to secure a spot for Sun on the helicopter. Smoky seems to have spit the commando men out, because they’re making their way across the jungle to find the helicopter. Claire is woken in the middle of the night by her dead father, who happens to be holding her baby… they walk off together into the night, and in the morning Sawyer finds Aaron abandoned in the jungle, but no Claire. - JJ
