SyFy Radio Tonight & Wednesday Links    Print Print

SyFy Radio LogoFirst up, tonight I will be joining Michael Hinman on tonight’s episode of SyFy Radio starting at 10PM. You’re gonna listen, right? They’ve also got a chatroom where those who are listening can chat about the show or submit questions. Or, if you prefer, you can call in with your questions. I know you guys are dying to hear more of me so be sure to listen! Heh. (And, if you can’t listen live, you’ll be able to download it for free from iTunes.)

I watched Fringe last night and that’s it. And I need to rewatch it because I was distracted and don’t feel qualified to comment on what happened. A trend tihs week. So, in lieu of any commentary today, I’m passing along some Wacky Wednesday links.

  • Dee & Artemis at an Audition: Dee and Artemis from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia find out their auditioning for the same role and hilarity ensues. [via Silly Pipe Dreams]
  • SanDisk Point & Shoot Film Festival: Got a camera that takes video? Want to prizes? Then check out the SanDisk Point & Shoot Film Festival. The theme is “Life Moves” and all you have to do to enter is shoot a 2-minute video (no editing, no special effects, just straight video) and enter it into the contest. Could be fun. • Metallicar Pumpkin Carving: It’s October and my office’s annual pumpkin carving contest is just a short two weeks away. Maybe I’ll go with this fun Supernatural related carving, maybe even combine it with this one of the boys. Especially if it gets people asking about the show. Or I could carve Dr. Horrible or Captain Hammer. Decisions, decisions.
  • Supernatural Contest: Titan Magazines currently has a Supernatural contest going on right now. They have prizes for runners-up but the main prize is a copy of Supernatural Magazine and poster signed by Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki and Eric Kripke! Plus, a Supernatural retrospective – win Seasons 1-3 on DVD.
  • Crusoe – The Tale of a Legend: Crusoe premieres this Friday at 8/7c on NBC. I think this is the first video preview I’ve seen of it. Why is that? Am I just imagining that marketing for shows seems to be low on the totem pole this year? Anyway, I’m actually interested in it now. Except I’m not quite sure I understand what we’ll be getting week to week. Still, I’m going to check it out. What about you?
